How can I check the route schedule?

Access the ‘Find a route’ section, select your departure and destination, and the system will automatically display the available schedule for your chosen route.

How can I issue or renew my pass?

To renew your pass, you will need your physical pass. You can find an 8-character code located near the barcode (e.g., 87A228A9).


Access the ‘Subscriptions’ page, select your departure and destination, then click on ‘Renew Subscription’. On the checkout page, enter your code in the designated field to activate the renewal.

When does the pass validity begin?

Passes purchased online between the 1st and the 15th of the month are valid for the current month.


Passes purchased between the 16th and the 31st become valid starting from the following month. The specific validity month is clearly displayed on the checkout page.

Do I need my physical pass for renewal?

Yes. To renew your subscription online, the unique 8-character code on your physical pass is required. Without this code, the renewal cannot be completed.
